These terms apply to purchases made through thatfield.ie. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Trader

THAT FIELD is an Irish business. For order or legal enquiries, contact hello@thatfield.ie.

Products

Disc No.01 is cut from willow grown on a family farm in Carlow, Ireland, then shaped and finished by hand.

Run 01 is limited to 10 individually numbered pairs.

Because natural materials and hand-finishing are used, minor variations in grain, tone, shape and finish may occur from piece to piece.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in euro (EUR).

Orders are completed through Stripe Checkout. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

Prices, availability and release details may change before purchase.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Ireland.

We currently offer free shipping across Europe.

Disc No.01 is dispatched in 1–2 working days.

Delivery timings are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier timelines and customs processing where applicable.

Returns and cancellation

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned after they have been worn.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage costs are your responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact hello@thatfield.ie and we will work with you on an appropriate remedy.

Product use

THAT FIELD is not responsible for irritation or allergic reactions caused by wearing jewellery. If irritation occurs, stop wearing the piece immediately.
